SEPHORA at Kohl's

I bought a Sephora gift card at the Kohl’s in La Frontera a couple of weeks ago, when my niece went to use it after Christmas she was told the balance was $0. Sephora was able to see that it had already been used in Florida on December 24th.They acknowledged it looked like a scam, but they did not offer a refund or replacement and told I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. This was really disappointing, Sephora does not stand behind their word, I kept the receipt unfortunately it is worth nothing for them. The giftcard was grabbed from behind the counter but no more investigation was done.

Good experience. Came to get my birthday gift. The young woman that helped me was nice. I asked her about the KayAli perfumes and she gave me info on them and said if I needed help to let her know.

Sorry excuse of a sephora. The associates dont acknowledge you and don't help when you need any. They give dirty looks when you walk around the store and just make you feel so unwelcomed.

Really sorry excuse for a Sephora. Went in and there were three Sephora associates that did not bother to acknowledge anyone coming in they were just chatting with each other. Went to the register to ask for a sample of foundation and the associate very rudely (I must have interrupted their gossip session) stated we don’t have any sample containers and turned around and ignored me. I left after that. Please please get associates that actually help the customers.
