I wish I had asked or caught the name of the girl who helped me. She was great! I showed up today just as they opened. She have excellent advice and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.

Jenna was the best and made my daughters day when we came in to buy some products and obtain her birthday freebie. Great experience! Thank you Jenna and Sephora.

Went there for my son's birthday to select a fragrance. Approached by a younger blonde cashier asking us not to try so many fragrances. Then approached by an older blonde woman wearing a mask telling us "don't waste your time here" because they had no inventory. We found a fragrance we liked, and I asked if we could get it shipped to us. She told us to go on the website and order it ourselves. We went to Ulta immediately after and made our purchase there.

I had a wonderful experience with the curly haired blonde girl, I think her name was Nikki. She was super pleasant and really attentive. I will definitely be back…I usually never have a good experience at Sephora but while I was shopping at kohls I decided to go on a whim and truly she made my outlook so much more positive. I didn’t feel rushed, didn’t feel pressured to buy or open a credit card or judged. Just felt like I was having girly chit chat with a friend. 10/10 recommend! Thank you nikki
