SEPHORA at Kohl's

I'm just here to give some feedback. I visited this store for the first time today. There is certainly much to learn about sales and marketing here, specifically customer acquisition and retention. No one said “hello” or “How may I help you?” Instead, I was just followed and monitored around the store like a bad actor. By the time at, I was not the only customer in the store. Even at checkout, no “Hey, did you find everything alright? " or “Thank you for coming” or “come visit us again” My guess is that there’s no incentive to improve because this is the only Sephora in Redding. Dear Store Manager, your leadership style is key to the success of this store. Whatever tone you set for your store will be reflected in the attitudes of your associates. I hope you and your store improves.

There is a reason why this place is empty. Rude staff and not helpful at all. The white female with brown hair seemed miserable and had no idea about anything. I would never come back. You’re better off ordering online and paying the shipping fee. Or go to Ulta! I love Sephora but this shop is NOT it! Stay away!

9/26/24 9:00am Sephora has two women working the heavier one that's a manager i believe with light brown hair is completely rude following me around staring at me and giving me dirty looks i will never i repeat ever be back! Ulta i will go to for better service i also called to complain spoke with alex an employee at kohls and sat on hold for 10 minutes to still sit there! this place has gone down hill forsure get better staff especially when people are paying for high dollar makeup! Rude staff and awful attitudes will def lose customers!!!!!!

This Sephora in a Kohl’s is the best! They have everything that you need Sephora related. I called beforehand which saved me time and they had the product. Once arriving to the store the shelves were fully stocked and the selection was amazing.

I came here to shop, not listen to some weirdo employee talk about Kim Kardashian. Total turnoff 👎🏼 I was fully intending to do my seasonal shop but no thank you!! This is Redding FFS, not Rodeo Drive 😂
