SEPHORA at Kohl's

Things have improved lots since ROSE has joined the location. She is always friedly,calm patient, helpful and has prompt solutions to all my needs even for random computer problems/glitches when management "Debbie" gives up and just can't figure out. The new hires seem eager to assist as well.

Rose is AMAZING! I went there for one item then had some beauty questions that she answered for me. She is seriously so knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind! It was extremely refreshing talking to her and I felt like she actually wanted to talk to me and wasn't just talking to me because it's apart of her job. She approached me and asked if I needed help. Love Rose, she is awesome!

I've came to exchange some makeup and old lady Debbie has such an attitude clearly didn't want to help and speaks condescendingly and walked away from me mumbling under her breath scoffing. I called her out, she smirked and she did not g-a-f. I asked for her name to report her petty teenage rude behavior.

I was there this last Sunday morning and the 2 20something associates were SOOO nice!! They recommended great products, were super friendly, and went the extra mile to provide amazing customer service. I wish I remembered their names because they were amazing to talk to
