SEPHORA at Kohl's

If I could give no stars that’s what I would have done. First off the testers are ridiculously dirty and all messy, you get scared to even touch it because someone dug there fingers in it. I went to use a tester in the Sephora skin care and the samples were not even opened. The makeup was dirty or empty, with no tester. Secondly I didn’t even get greeted, the girl stayed at the register and said absolutely nothing it made me feel so weird but they wanna watch me like as if I’m going to steal! Do better, just a year ago I came here and it was so nice and neat and clean. Now whoever runs it needs to get fired or someone needs to teach the store manager about cleaning. Thirdly no one in kohls greets you, they just stair at you. Go to a real store only use this store as your last resort. It ab

Give Jueri a raise! I was tired of blind, buying perfume and being disappointed so I decided to stop in to smell perfumes in real time, he recommended some really great scents & even gave layering tips! Because of him I will be back to buy some of my favorites, it felt like hanging with an old friend.

I’ve never been to a Sephora this messy… dirty samples, everything out of place, and almost all the perfume testers were basically empty 😟

My mom and I just left here, and are so happy with the foundations Emelyn (I believe? I only got a glance at her name tag) and Gabriela recommended us! They shade matched so well and were soso sweet (: Would definitely hear out any of their recommendations! They know what they're talking about and doing! Even gave us a couple free samples. Lovely ladies super nice and helpful

This is a pretty good sized Sephora inside of the Kohl's. They usually have what I'm looking for, but at times some of the Sephora brand makeup is low. Either way it's a pretty good location.
