Erika at the Sephora inside Kohl’s was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided excellent customer service

They were nice but came in for one product that they didn’t have and a sample but they didn’t have anything to put the sample in

I stopped here to buy one item. I don’t shop here and don’t want a rewards account, the girl kept repeating it would be faster if I had a rewards account. It would be faster if you would ring my product up, tell me the price, I pay, and then I leave. I ended up just leaving because she wouldn’t sell it to me without giving my email. She kept saying the rewards are so great. I’m not coming back here. I’m not shopping here again. I don’t understand why she didn’t understand that. This was really confusing, I may have decided at a later time to be a customer. But for now, I get all of my make up somewhere else. They were out of it, so I came to this location. This is the weirdest thing in the world that you can’t just buy something from this business

I went in for perfume as a Christmas gift.....being a guy I wasn't sure what I was lookn for. An associate was there to help but once I said I wasn't sure what I was lookn for she seemed disinterested in helping me. I think the customer service could have been a little bit better.

I went in for a perfume and the associate there was so helpful! Walked me through multiple brands, and was super nice. I regret I didn’t get their name, but both the associates working there were super nice and helpful.
