SEPHORA at Kohl's

Employees were friendly but check your product in the box before you leave!!!!! Signing into and using your insider account in the store cleary doesn't matter either. Been a beauty insider and Sephora fan for years. The one time I buy something in store I get home to realize it was either a return or display because it was clearly used and they won't send out another simple $25 lip gloss to replace it. The thing is, I'm an online Sephora shopper because we don't live within an hour of any location. I just happened to go in store while out of town over the weekend. Now obviously I'm not going to go back just to return a lip gloss. It would be more than that in gas and time. I can't believe after sending in photos and receipt photos to Sephora customer service they can't send out a replaceme
