Every single time i have been to this location they never have a single item i go in looking for i put 5 different Cologne on my list to buy i walk in to see you guys have every single one i want up for advertisement. But when i go ask a associate they tell me they dont have any of the 5 different colognes that i want that branch off too 3 different brands. Disappointing and frustrating it is when you go it with high hopes and walk out with nothing but discust 2.) Order Pickup is in the back right corner of Kohl’s where the two walkways intersect. Look for the freestanding shelves with the dark red Self-Pickup sign (see photo). Click the link in your Kohl’s email to get your bin # and then grab your order from that bin. Do not wait in the Returns / Customer Service line, order pickup is self service.

Great addition to Kohls for all your cosmetic needs. Ample parking. Good store hours. Well stocked.

Horrible! The manager refused to exchange my perfume I got for Christmas!! They gave my husband the wrong opium scent and she refused to exchange it told me I had to pay the difference of the sale because he bought it on black Friday! Unfortunately they were sold out at the altamonte location but they were wiling to do the trade for me! Will not be coming back to thus sephora ever again!
