SEPHORA at Kohl's

Rudest employees. I walked up to ask for help and two employees didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there for a couple of minutes and they continued to ignore me even after I said “hi…” I have never been treated like this at any Sephora. I walked out and will not be coming back - I’d recommend making the trip to Mayfair to the big Sephora all of the employees are actually helpful and kind.

I shop frequently at this location since I live nearby and every single time there is never a greeting or any polite conversation from any of the young and inexperienced staff and they always seem reluctant to assist anyone as they are always too busy talking amongst themselves or on their phones. This is very frustrating due to the amount of money I spend here on an annual basis. Are there no managers to see this ? I was here yesterday and overheard two women saying the same exact thing which is what finally prompted me to post this negative review.

I don’t usually post reviews, however I hand to say BELLA at Sephora in Kohls Oak Creek was truly fantastic! I did not start off with great service and was actually brushed off by another associate, however, Bella turned it all around! I went in looking for a new blush and left with a foundation and concealer as well! She took the time to shade match me and it is PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL! The blush she suggested is lovely as well! Thank you BELLA!!

I had a great experience at this Sephora location thanks to Ellie! ⭐️She was very helpful and professional! She has lots of knowledge about makeup and skin types. I’ll definitely come back!

If i could give 0 stars to this location, I would. This store does not allow split payments at self check out. There is NO signage posted about this. No notification from the employee helping near the self check out. It was not busy, at all. I shopped for over an hour getting items I desperately needed such as shoes to replace my current ones with holes. The associates at this store did not even apologize and made me leave the store without ANY of my merchandise. I only needed to supply $13 to complete the transaction. ABSOLUTE WORST customer service at this location. Also, they said my transaction would be voided within 48 hours on Sunday 01/28/24. I called today 2/2/24 to find out they did not even void the transaction. No apologies, no empathy, no kindness, especially NO customer servic
