SEPHORA at Kohl's

I visited Sephora at Kohl’s today and had a less than stellar experience, thank you to Stephanie! Between asking a question about a skin care product and being given a look like I how dare I interrupt her conversation between her and her rude co-worker, and then having to deal with an attitude while being rung up at the cash register and making sure that I wasn’t rung up twice for the same product. I honestly think Stephanie could probably use some more customer based training and learn a little bit more decorum when dealing with customers. I really hope she has the day and weekend she absolutely deserves.

Today, a Beauty Advisor with nice edges, and long curls in a side part — I regret not asking her, her name! — went above and beyond to help me find the perfect match of a lip liner I needed that was out of stock. She checked inventory, swatched numerous shades, and also provided great recommendations. She was exceedingly welcoming, patient, and competent in cosmetics knowledge. I hope her merit is valued if any new opportunities come her way 💖

I went here and had a really great time, Ashley helped me with colors and makeup tips.I was happy the rest of the day. Their prices are reasonable 💄😃

Not bad just a little difficult to receive help since there was only like 3 people working but, the employees that were there were very kind. Also got some free things as my birthday just passed. Prices are a little higher but other than that it’s an okay store

Love this store. Friendly staff even though we were coming through close to closing looking for particular items. Very helpful in finding what we needed & didn’t rush us at all.
