SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had a terrible experience at Sephora inside Kohls last Friday. When I entered the store, I grabbed a shopping basket because I wasn’t sure how many products I wanted to buy. In the end, I only purchased one item. When I got to the register, the cashier (who I believe was the manager) made an unnecessary and humiliating comment in front of everyone. She told me that since I had picked up a basket but was only buying one product, next time, I should just carry the item in my hand because a basket wasn’t necessary. She made this remark loud enough for everyone around to hear, making me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service in a store like this. Mickie was the best sephora employee I have ever met. She was so pleasant and patient with helping my mom and I find the perfect match. I Highly recommend going to her with any questions. Will for sure go back!
