SEPHORA at Kohl's

I am very disappointed with my experience in this store. I purchased the sample set for $100.00 that contained a coupon for a full size bottle of any of the fragrances. I have been trying to redeem it for 9 months. I’ve called the store 6 times, they carry none of the perfume I wish to buy. (And they won’t order it.) I’ve called other stores in my state who don’t have the perfume I would like, either. I have talked to customer service 3 times with no luck. I have tried to purchase it online many times but it will not accept my coupon code. I have sent coupon photos to the online “help” with no luck. So I am out of options and out $100.00 for a handful of samples. I hope others that have made this purchase have had success. I won’t be shopping ant Sephora again.

I had the pleasure tonight of being assisted by Victor, Elle, and Exiquio. Phenomenal, compassionate, and hard-working is just a few adjectives I can think of to describe all three of them. I was really nervous, going into a makeup store, after not wearing makeup for years due to medical conditions. I haven’t felt beautiful in years. Exiquio especially, is such a beautiful human! He listened to every concern of mine, and provided an overall amazing experience. I didn’t have high expectations when I went in. Not because I thought ill of the employees, but because my self-esteem and confidence has been at an all-time low since being diagnosed with a debilitating disease. I LOVE this location! It is so much more easier to get too from my house and I can do a lot of my other shopping around here and this place is really amazing and I would go again to get my makeup products and the staff here were really helpful in helping me decide which makeup products are good for me to buy and which perfume complimented me! Love this place!

Absolutely love The Store. It is super spotless and it literally has everything that you need when it comes to Makeup and skin care. This one they are super friendly and I just love the location. It’s really convenient! Highly recommend stopping here!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Sephora location. 9 times out of 10, I’m being followed around the store, which makes shopping feel more like a crime scene than a retail experience. I understand they may have theft concerns, but this approach is just making me uncomfortable and is seriously affecting my willingness to shop here in the future. It’s not the first time this has happened either, and honestly, it’s just become too much. I shouldn't feel like I’m being watched the entire time I'm browsing, and it’s a huge deterrent for me. Sephora needs to rethink how they handle this because it's ruining the customer experience.
