SEPHORA at Kohl's

I was really disappointed with my trip to Sephora today. This wasn’t my first time at this location, I normally have a pleasant experience when I do go. The issue I had was with the sales associate that rang the product at the register. There was a promotion for an extra 20% off sale items which was marked on the display where I took the product from (I should of took a picture of it while I was in the store) The sales associate whose name I did not get was not kind or helpful. After the product was rang and the total was given I gently asked her if the 20% promotion was applied because I didn’t see the total difference. The associate told me it was applied and that’s the price. I showed her the price difference on my phone with the promotion given though the Sephora website, she told me t

Nice location with a great selection of everything. The girls working here are very nice and helpful

I should give it two and a half stars.. because it's 50% up to par with the rest of the sephoras. I asked for help to match a foundation to my skin and I was told to get the sample and put it on myself. Now the reason I like going to Sephora is typically they have knowledgeable sales staff eager to show their cosmetic knowledge and skill. Not here.. also they are out of stock with an incredible amount of items. Not even a sharpener to sharpen the pencil testers. Now I understand the newly open I just hope they get up to par with the rest of the locations. This new Sephora took up the cosmetic area that Kohl's originally had.. which is now no longer there.
