Josh at Sephora was so nice and helpful. As well as patient because I am super socially awkward. Thank you Josh for making me feel safe and comfortable asking for help today with matching a foundation.

Just left and the lady didn't greet me so I left. Wasn't even a racial thing because we are both black. I am big on customer service. If you make me feel unwelcome I will just leave.

All I gotta say is wow wow wow! The service there was immaculate! Unfortunately I didn’t get anyone’s name but the 3 employees there were amazing! The blonde haired associate running the floor and grabbing the colognes was amazing! Me and my wife told her we were shopping for each others gift. She took the time to show us everything we liked based off the scents we already have. I didn’t even notice my wife pay!
