Customer service was great! Employees were very kind when looking for my item and did not make me feel like an inconvenience whatsoever. The store was well stocked and very clean. Perfume selection was great as there was product in everything I tested. 100% recommend this location.

Customer service is the essence of any successful business, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my recent visit to Sephora. The sales associates—while no doubt beautifully made up and well-presented—seemed to forget the most organic and impactful beauty tools: a genuine smile, eye contact, and a sincere interest in helping customers.Looking great is part of the brand, but so is creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. When these basics are missing, it leaves customers feeling overlooked and undervalued. I hope Sephora reminds its staff that kindness, attentiveness, and human connection are just as important as any product on the shelves.

Please if you need something just order from original website of that product NOT SEPHORA , they are big scam , they just used my points and never refund my points back and when I called customer service the name was Emily she was extremely rude , and also this location they said your points will come back to you in 24hr but WRONG information, SEPHORA IS A JUNK

When you work customer service, it's pretty much in your job description to assist customers. I overheard employees talking rudely about a customer who needed help finding something, saying "why can't they just find it on their own, it's not that hard". They then switched to speaking in a different language, likely to avoid anyone understanding further comments made about the customer. Will not be purchasing in the future
