SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went to the store at 7pm on 11/10/25 and was looking to establish a new make-up routine with new products and a complete overhaul from my previous routine. I went to Ulta first and had the worst experience. I was there for over 30 minutes with no assistance from any employee. I made a purchase, mentioned the disappointment at checkout, and left. I ended up at Sephora because I really wasn't sure if what I bought at Ulta is what I needed and use of the products. I was greeted after maybe 5 minutes or so and was offered assistance. I explained the situation to the associate, Brenda, and she offered her help immediately. She helped show me how to apply the products and find the best colors for my features. No one was working there, me and another lady was standing in the store waiting to be helped 15 minutes went by. Told kohls they didn't care so I left.
