SEPHORA at Kohl's

The two girls working there just put their phone scanner on the counter and said enter your information, and we told them we already had an account. The system had issues trying to pull up the rewards. When that happened, they had attitude and their faces seemed like it was the end of the world. Said the email was not associated with a rewards account, when phone number was typed in all it said was”Kohl’s”. We told them it’s okay that the rewards didn’t pop up and they went quiet and seemed like they didn’t like our answer of nvm. The receipt said Thank you with my s/o’s name, so not sure why their system didn’t catch it, but they acted as if it was our fault. Did not converse or seemed like they care.

Shelli was so annoying. Never had a worker there follow me around, and I won’t be back.

I went to the Sephora located inside Kohls in Maplewood. There were 2 ppl working. One was ringing up customers. The 2 guys came up to the counter the 2nd sales person went up to ring. I was next in line. After ringing up the guys. The 2nd sales person saw me but left the register. She came back to put an item on the back counter. Saw me as I was still waiting to be rang up next. Then went to a new customer walking in to help them. I walked out and told the sales person she was horrible and needs to learn better customer served. Sephora lost my business.

The cashier was so quiet and gave no interest of care or not even a single smile to me. She looked tired of me and when I asked for her name, she didn’t even care to say a single word. When she asked me questions, I had to ask her to repeat for me because she was too quiet. At least I had a 20% discount. 🤷🏻‍♀️
