SEPHORA at Kohl's

By far Kohl’s Sephora has the most insensitive group of staff working there. They make you wait just to bill your product ! And these women though they see you standing at the counter, do not even bother to acknowledge you or at the very least do not even have the common courtesy to inform you that they will be with you shortly ! They behave as if they are doing us a favor by tending to them. Worst customer service ever ! So indifferent and unbothered. Poor quality and their isles are always so shabby, way too dirty and not well maintained!

I went to buy some beauty products and the staff was weird and behaved like cop asked me over questions and behaved like I am not buying and here to do something else and I was very uncomfortable and may be she judged me from my dress or something, god knows what was in their head and they treated me very badly and I was embarrassed and left purchasing my stuff but very uncomfortable and sad, Sephora a huge brand have people like her, felt disappointed.

Every time I come, it’s an unpleasant experience. Almost everything is sold out and the employees barely look your way let alone give a smile or a “can I help you” . Some don’t even give a thank you or have a nice day after you pay. When Sephora was in JCPenney the employees were much nicer. These ones need some training. I’m a regular customer but I might start taking the drive to Stockton instead

Thank you just recently my hubby went into Sephora to get me some perfume. My husband said one employee was helping a lady. And so he waited another employee came out and instead of helping him she helped a lady who came in after him. And then another lady came in and they got help. He got so made that twice he was bypassed. He almost walked out. Ladies if a guy walks in. Ask them if they have been helped instead of ignoring them.

I just want to say Yolanda is amazing! I went there with my sisters to get them some makeup since school is starting and she was so much help she was showing us all types of products really taking the time to do matching for us and educating us about everything HOMEGIRL DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT! So happy with all the products I got that she recommended she’s so sweet and definitely deserves recognition
