SEPHORA at Kohl's

So y'all. That nice lady you see behind the counter was phenomenal. I asked if she could help me match make up to my skin color and when I tell you she was SPOT ON the first time out. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made it so great experience. I haven't shopped makeup in forever. If you need someone to assist with great customer service skills and friendliness all around, that's your girl. I am so happy to have a Sephora close to home, but I'm even happier with the staff at this location. I've been here multiple times and every person I've met goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The last time I went I was looking for a new perfume. I described what I was looking for to Elysia and the perfume she recommended to me ended up being the one I bought! She totally understood what I was looking for and I thought that was so cool because I am very picky with my scents. I get compliments on this perfume everywhere I go. All in all, I always have a great experience here and look forward to going back.

I went to this location with my daughter this morning after shopping at Kohl's and we were looking for a mascara that has a very high rating, and the website where I found the rating, says it could be availed at Sephora. So we went through, though i would say it's not the most expensive brand there, but it says it's good, so I thought I would try it. The line at the checkout was building up, and this lady named Carmen was still trying to, I guess, doing retouch on her make up. I looked at her and she looked at me so I asked where I can find the Rare beauty mascara and to my surprise, she pointed at the area where i could find it, like she's shooing a dog! I never felt so belittled until that morning. I asked for her name, and I told her that her customer service was bad. I hope this wom

Dirty store completely destroyed with a staff that does a terrible job they all need to go very lazy.
