SEPHORA at Kohl's

Ordered online. Store looked clean and well organized. I thought I would just grab and go, unfortunately, no. Product I ordered was in the wrong spot and my spot was empty. Fortunately, the product was located fairly quickly by employees.

Went in to get my birthday gift from Sephora. Unfortunately they had none available but wanted to get color matched while I was there for a new foundation. Bannexa was very kind and went out and beyond with helping me get the perfect match. she helped with the process of prepping for my face and foundation base. Was kind enough to give me samples to try before buying. Even though I was a little sad on not being able to get my birthday gift that day she made it an incredible experience while there and was kind to let me try some samples of great mist scents since they didn’t have the gifts

My visit here on November 30th, 2024 around 12pm was incredibly disappointing. I asked for shopping bags, as I often receive them at other locations, but the staff here were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. They outright refused and told me I needed to go back to the original store (which is Texas) where I purchased my items to get shopping bags. This lack of basic courtesy and customer service is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Sephora. I hope they can improve their approach to customer care in the future.

Just left Sephora (7/15 at 2:10pm) …they still had the 30% off coupon posted on Urban Decay items…..mind you the cashiers were just talking about a secret shopper from corporate …and all that was said was “Sorry that was supposed to be off last week.” Nothing else to rectify the situation on their mistake.
