SEPHORA at Kohl's

That's wonderful to hear! Here’s a simple message you can share: I went to Sephora last Friday and had a great experience, thanks to Mary. She helped me find beginner makeup products that fit my skin color and needs. Mary was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She explained the basics, showed me how to apply each product, and suggested an easy routine I can actually stick to. Mary was very helpful.

I like to give reviews when an employee is exceptionally kind, helpful or friendly. There was a lady who worked there tonight and helped us find a strawberry scented perfume. She was good at her job and engaged in conversation that made me feel comfortable and almost like speaking with a neighbor or friend. I should have asked her name but I didn’t think of it at the time. If more businesses employed people like her I think a lot more money would be spent. We’ll be back and hope to have her help us again.

I went to sephoras today to return something. Amy I think was her name and she was extremely nice and friendly. She went back and got the last perfume they had in the size that I wanted. It was my birthday and she even gave me a nice little gift with a smile and wishing me happy birthday. Made me feel a little special starting my day! Thank you!

This review is all about service. Took my 'tween to Sephora inside Kohl's for some color palette and product fact finding. Madison was helpful, professional, and kind. She connected with my daughter, and kept the focus on her, helping her find colors and products that she was interested in while staying inside the mom approved guidelines. She especially wowed us after the visit when we returned to look for a lost earbud. Madison literally got on the floor to look under the fixtures and even checked the trash! We attempted to give her a tip for her time and trouble, which she refused, politely stating policy did not allow them to accept tips or gifts. We did not make a purchase but you can rest assured that when we do, we will be coming back to your store because of this young lady.

I love that Sephora is now in Kohl’s as well! There is now,two at the battlefield mall (one stand alone store and one inside of JC Penney’s and this location here on Independence. Hopefully it’s easier to score a limited item here VS the mall.
