SEPHORA at Kohl's

I came to this Sephora about 2 weeks ago after leaving the Ulta right next to it. I was looking for a hair product. I spent some time browsing and there were two ladies working that day. I could not find the product but I kept trying to find it on my own because the no one ever asked if I was doing okay or needed help. As I looked around I made eye contact with the employees and just stood there and smiled like I was waiting for their help but they would just walk by as they tried product on. I’m only 25 so not trying to be a Karen. I also did used to work at MAC and I loved playing around with makeup but I would always make sure customers were okay first. I eventually found the hair product and went up to the register and waited for a couple of minutes but no one ever came. I just put the

Went to exchange something (it says they had in stock online) and the associate immediately says if you don’t see it they don’t have it. Didn’t bother to actually look in overstock just continued to say what they had was out. She had no problem looking in overstock for someone else though. Had to go to the mall across the street in 5 o clock traffic with isn’t a big deal but it’s pretty busy in the area so i avoided going there on purpose to save time. i wouldn’t have wasted my time if i knew i basically wouldn’t get assisted.

Wouldn’t accept my return for their Sephora 12H colorful crayon contour eye liner pencil because it was purchased out of state in Denver. Even though it was within the 60 day return policy. It made my eyes burn after a few hours of wear.

The Sephora is miles better than the make-up that Kohl's had before. It's worth going to Kohl's now even if you don't need clothes.
