SEPHORA at Kohl's

I called the Barboursville location last week to see if I could do an even exchange without a receipt an I was told with out a doubt yes. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice and told me that this would be okay and just to bring it to the store. I came in today and the red headed middle aged lady told me that wasn’t true at all and she couldn’t help me. She was incredibly rude and just slid the product back across the counter to me. I also cannot say much as I had an attitude after she came off so rude to me. She made me feel like a total idiot and she needs to work on her customer service.

Kendra was absolutely fantastic! I came in for foundation recommendations and she expertly found me 3 perfect shade matches. I am going to come back! Best experience I’ve had at a beauty bar.

Why are Sephora employees so rude??? Either they look you up and down, approach you without a smile asking if they can help you (obviously with that look I’m going to say no), they follow certain people around like they’re going to steal something, and when you do actually need help they roll their eyes like I’m interrupting their peace. I only come here to get certain brands that Ulta doesn’t carry. I usually order online because of this. Only one employee there is nice, can’t remember her name but she has shoulder length curly hair and glasses. Sephora your employees make it hard to shop in store. After reading some of the other reviews, seems like the blonde chick needs a job where it’s not customer facing. Maybe have a personality test in the interview process.

They have the cutest and most helpful young lady named April at the Barboursville location. She was very knowledgeable about all their products.

Rylee was soooo helpful and full of joy. I loved talking to her and she made my experience fantastic.
