SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had a panic attack at the Sephoras two days before Christmas, and I was helped by multiple employees. They saw my body was shaking, my words were jumbled, my face was red, and continued to help me without drawing attention to it (which would have made it much worse). I was beyond grateful for their care and help while finding Kat Von Dee cover up and a wrinkle hiding primer. 💜 I will never get my make up anywhere else even though theres multiple closer makeup stores.

Went to this location ended up not purchasing anything. Walked in was never greeted by either employee. One employee was going on break I guess another employee came in went straight behind the counter and started doing something on her phone so after I walked around the store looking for what I came to purchase the employee finally looked up from her phone addressing me I was uninterested in purchasing anything by this time. I told her I don't need anything now she like I just walked in I told her I saw you walk in. If you don't wanna work in customer service stay home. And I also forgot to mention I was the only customer in the entire store!!! Will not be going back to this location.

Vikki is quite possibly the most unpleasant cashier I have ever encountered.

Good service although asked about a lip gloss they handed me a eye shadow though.

Love this location. Employees are always super nice and extremely helpful
