SEPHORA at Kohl's

Whoa. Rarely go to Sephora but needed some face cream. ALL the staff were so friendly, upbeat and helpful and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to SHEILA. She was so informative, kind and respectful. The woman deserves a raise lol Thanks Sephora. Will definitely be coming again. The staff made it a great experience.

Stopped in to be color matched and ended up walking out with a foundation that was perfect (Thanks Jess!) and a Tom Ford perfume that I absolutely love (thanks Sheila!). These ladies went above and beyond to help me. I was always an Ulta girl but not anymore. In a world where it’s hard to give/get great customer service sometimes, I was so impressed with the staff, their attitudes, and how clean it was! Thanks again!

I never give reviews, but my experience with the woman who worked the night shift of Dec. 1st, 2022 was amazing. I wish I would’ve caught her name, but I was so focused on how wonderful she is. It was my birthday, and she still brightened my day up even more with her helpfulness, humor, generosity, and compliments. She’s truly a reason I’ll be shopping at Sephora more! I hope she sees this, and if she does; THANK YOU!!! You have no idea how much I needed to come across such a kind soul. ❤️❤️

Not sure why the bad reviews or maybe there was a recent change of management that changed things, but so glad I visited this Sephora store! I was in town for the weekend and had to stop by for a quick errand and this was the only Sephora nearby. I ended walking out with a sample to a foundation that the Sephora employee recommended simply based on a quick assessment she made about my skin type despite I had asked about another brand! She sampled me the one she recommended alongside the one I THOUGHT I wanted, and I must say she was completely spot on! I’m now in love with a brand I had not even considered had it not been for her help. Thanks again for all the help shopping!

Had a girl's day with my daughter and friend. We received a truly pleasant service experience. The young lady that helped us, Briana was very patient, friendly and knowledgeble of not only promos but most of all product and technique.
