SEPHORA at Kohl's

I literally just left the store. This is my 4th disappointing time here. I hate when something is sold at Sephora not Ulta. The service here sucks! Everything i have to track someone down to help me. When I walked in someone said hello and I was getting ready to ask for help, mouth open to speak and another lady asked for help she helped her then checked the few others out. I was the only person left and the 2 girls at the check out would rather talk about a TV show or something they are watching then come help the one customer in there store. I stood at the makeup I wanted help with looked over multiple times, the girl looked at me and they kept talking. I left. Im so sick of always having to come get them to get any help. Ellenor helped shade match me, very kind and helpful! Gave me a ton of insight and was overall really great to work with. Definitely my favorite interaction there. Often times the employees act cold or aren't as generous when color matching me. Ellenor made sure to check in with me to see if I like the match and made sure to find the color the not only in my color but my perfect undertone as well which other employees haven't always taken the initiative to. Hope to find this kind of hospitality again!

The products are good, but expensive. The dark hair girl that works there is extremely rude.How this company hires ppl with no customer service skills is behind me. After my last experience with this rude employee, I will no longer do business with this company.

Decent selection of good products. I felt like it was a luxury having the ability to peruse the shelves without somebody coming up to me every one minute asking me if I was finding everything or trying to sell me something. I got some high end products at a killer price using coupons.

I would only go here if you would like the manager to stand very close while you look at a product. My friend and I went into this Sephora to look around because we were already in the kohl’s. I tested a product with an applicator on my hand, and was interested in the product. The manager comes over unnoticed and grabs the product directly next to it and looks at a clipboard. Keep in mind, this manager was very close to me. No interaction that involved trying to help us find anything. Personal space isn’t an option apparently. Based on this awkward interaction, I was no longer interested in purchasing anything at this Sephora. It’s obvious why it was empty with no customers. I haven’t ever been treated that way in an ulta store by an employee. I have a feeling the manager thought we weren’
