We came in today, and the store only had one other customer and understood the sales rep was busy but she did ask if we needed help and said she’d be with us shortly. We waited around and she attended to the other customers that came in after us. After she didn’t even acknowledge us and went about her day and instead went to go retouch her makeup. This ain’t the first time it’s happened either. This is why Ulta is better!!!
There were a few things this Sephora didn't sell. But the lady that ended up ringing us up helped with every single silly question I had about certain products I was looking for or didnt know anything about. Actually, both women were extremely helpful and patient considering I spent well over $500 on me, my daughter and her friend.
Tori was phenomenal! So sweet and kind and very very helpful! She was awesome and went above and beyond with helping my friend and I. This is the Sephora to go to in Winston for sure!! 1000/10 :)
Alyssa was amazing im so picky when it comes to fragrance. She was so knowledgeable on everything and was so patient with me. She helped me find two new fragrances. I’ll definitely come to this location more often.
AMAZING experience. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a Sephora and Tori went above and beyond to help my friend and I. From now on I’m only going to this Sephora… 11/10!
