SEPHORA at Kohl's

I just left the store with a very disappointing experience. I came in with the clear intention of buying and receiving guidance, but unfortunately the staff completely ignored me. I walked past the associates, showed interest in the products, yet no one offered assistance or attention. This is highly disrespectful, as customers come to the store expecting advice and support with their purchase. I left feeling very disappointed, unable to buy anything, and with the impression that customers are not valued here.

The manger helped me find some products and she was great! Super friendly and I just started to use her recommendations and I can already see a difference! Thank you!

Drove all the way from wv to buy huda powder and it wouldn't show up when scanned so they refused to sell it to me even though the price is on the shelf and there were like 15 of them left! Bs

I shopped at this Sephora today and the sales rep ignored me. When I asked if she had any mascara samples, she said they don’t have samples to give out. Very disappointing. I could’ve shopped on the Sephora app & received a bag of samples, plus saved my fuel & used free shipping for my “Rouge” status. The total experience was a letdown. Fast forward 24 hours later… I went back to return one of the hair products I bought. I spoke to Lori (I think she was a manager) and told her about my experience. She clarified that any product in the store can be sampled. Customers are allowed up to 3 samples. She also said they like customers to sample products because it cuts down on returns - hence the reason I returned today… Finally, Lori mentioned that Sephora points can be used in the store for 10

Brick and mortor is failing because of customer service, plain and simple. The staff have no clue about promotions which is disappointing when you are spending your money. The staff also doesn't acknowledge but will look right at you and not utter a word. I'll stick to online or ULTA since sephora stand alone and sephora kohl's doesn't act the same.
