SEPHORA at Kohl's

Damningly poor state of affairs. A sad joke of a last ditch attempt at pulling in business for a dying clothing chain. The service is awful; they wouldn't assist you if you were dying on the floor. If by some miracle you do get someone to assist you, the clerks don't know a thing about their own products. Not to mention the blatant overcharging. Very peculiar how there's a constant, more-than-generous sale occurring on any given day for their "high end" merchandise. Have heard tales of mismanagement from associated sources including mocking of employees, less than favorable working conditions and standards, and grounds for offenses of wrongful termination of employees, based upon personal biases rather than merit. Doesn't surprise me at all; it would explain why they have practically nobod
