SEPHORA at Kohl's

My daughter and myself went when it first opened here in Grand Forks and the associate scolded my daughter for picking up a tester to try. She was also putting on a full face of makeup with the testers and didn’t even bother to check or answer us when we asked a question. My mom and other daughter were in there to get a gift card and my mom asked for a $15.00 gift card, but she said they only start at $25 and then preceded to tell my mom and daughter to go to the dollar tree if they only wanted to spend $15.00. We will continue ordering online or going to Fargo.

I honestly was super excited that we got a Sephora back in Grand Forks. They carry a few brands that I love that our other stores don’t have. Unfortunately, I left the store without buying the 3 things I came in for because the associate, Rachel, caught me off guard when she scolded me like a toddler for picking up a tester. I’ve never been treated like that at any Sephora and left in tears. I will stick to visiting the Fargo store and shopping online with them.

I think her name is Racheal??? is extremely rude and condescending, I have never experienced such an unpleasant person before. A toddler would have better customer service. Don’t bother asking for help or a price check as it is clearly an issue and an inconvenience to her. Surprised such a high brand of Sephora would have someone represent them like this.BRUTAL

The store associate Rachel (who unsurprisingly already has two bad reviews directed at her) was incredibly rude. The item I wanted was priced on the shelf as $36, but rang up as $39. I politely told her that it is $36. Her reply was "it's ringing through as 39" so I replied that it is labelled as 36. She says "with your sephora beauty discount it's 35.10". I politely replied that it is 36 on the shelf though so she goes to check and says "you're right it is 36, so do you want to pay 36 or 35.10?". My reply was "would it not be less than 35.10 if you input the correct price of 36?" She said "i can check" and calls for help. After waiting under a minute (with no response from someone else" she says that she cannot give it to me for less than 35.10. Completely rude and lacks basic customer se
