SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had a terrible experience tonight at Sephora (Kohls). The ladies on duty tonight were rude and bigoted. I asked one of them if they still accepted Kohls merchandise cards for Sephora purchases, and she rudely stated they did not. I responded to her that I had made a purchase in the past using a merchandise card and asked if their policy had changed. She impatiently stated, "Sephora has never accepted it." Her disrespectful tone implied that I was lying about my own experience. I let the matter drop, but as I shopped around the store, I overheard her discussing me with her coworker. The other woman scoffed, stating, "They always want something for free." "THEY??" What a disgusting, unprofessional and unfair comment to say anytime, let alone within earshot of the customer! I called previously to check if I was allowed to return my order and they confirmed I could. Later when I went in person to the store the worker, Katy, rudely and repeatedly told me no after I tried to explain what happened.

Shoutout to the girl who gave me testers of olaplex shampoo and a mask upon request. I tried it and loved the product. Soon going to purchase it. I did try asking for it at other Sephora but unfortunately the other staff was not as sweet as her and they refused to give shampoo tester. But this girl was super awesome and made me purchase the shampoo and mask. Shoutout for her help. I wish more Sephora staff is as nice.
