SEPHORA at Kohl's

This Sephora location is absolutely horrible. They never have my shade in stock. I have to drive another hour to another Sephora to purchase, but they should have had. One of the workers checked to see if they had my shade in a certain foundation in stock. She said according to their inventory, there is two left however, there was none in the back and there was none on the shelf. Someone is stealing your items need to have better security.

The whole process from finding what I was looking for to buying it was easy and convenient. The only thing I would change is that their inventory was short on what I’m guessing are higher-demand items. I know it’s in a Kohl’s so it’s going to be a smaller store than a whole Sephora department store but still.

I've literally only been here, like, once, but these reviews are so laughably terrible and selfishly routed that I felt the need to give this place 5 stars for dealing with such shallow customers. lol.

Went there with my mother for some beauty products. She has an account at Sephora but not a Kohls. She had to put her email in and she repeatedly said she didn’t want an Kohls account. The lady reassured her that she was not linking or making a Kohl’s account. Well guess what was in her email a linking code for a Kohl’s account. You Can’t fraudulently make an account when you are specifically told not to.
