SEPHORA at Kohl's

Store for makeup, clothes, sweet, accessories..etc. Price is high for many items specially makup& favorable for some items of cloths. Plenty of free car parking.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Sephora looking for a cologne. The lady working that night is named Genesis. She was outstanding!! Very sweet and pleasant, she assisted me in finding the best choice. I wish to commend Genesis for a job well done!!Thank you!

I love Sephora. I love the products. I’ve been to this Sephora specifically these past 3 times. And all my visits were the same. The customer service is horrible and unfortunately it’s always because the same person is there. Her name is “ide” she’s and older lady. She always treats us different and you can see the difference on how she treats the customers. She’s very rude and over all “nasty”. Tonight will be the last time I visit the Sephora inside Kohl’s east Brunswick.

This marked my second visit to the Sephora within Kohl's, and I must say, the experience was as seamless as one might hope. Ample parking was readily available, including spaces accommodating those with disabilities, and access to the store was utterly straightforward. Upon entering, I approached a sales assistant who seemed to anticipate my arrival with an air of professional readiness. My wife and daughters had enlisted me to procure specific beauty products, thoughtfully providing photographs to ensure I encountered no confusion. A mere glance at these images by the sales assistant had me efficiently relieved of my task—and over two hundred dollars—as I departed the premises in record time, albeit not without a tinge of amusement. Sephora truly excels in creating a shopping environment

This store needs a major staffing overhaul. I been to this location three times in the past two months and all my experiences have been the same. Unprofessional atmosphere and down right rude employees. I will not go in to full detail, but I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner when I am spending a lot of money. Sephora, do better with your hiring process.
