SEPHORA at Kohl's

The employee Katrina (like the hurricane) was wonderful! She was super graceful, funny, and took her time to show us exactly what we needed/wanted to see! She was a great soul and I hope we see her the next time we go to this Sephora!

unfortunately, I had a bad experience today at Sephora both employees saw me and did not help me they basically ignored me. I was looking for a foundation to match my skin i asked the male employee for his help and he said “it matches” simple as that no effort whatsoever, He was WRONG! that color was way too dark on me so i went to a different location with better professional help. Never again!

I went to get two different shades of NARS sample foundation on Oct 18, 2024 around 5:30 PM the Mexican employee said she couldn’t make me two different samples because of the policy has changed, I told her I did last month for a different brand. She was so disrespectful and rude so I understood that she was misleading the other employee too because she asked her they used to give and what happened now and she told her that the policy has changed and she would be in trouble if she gave me the sample. please Sephora you need to put someone respectful and helpful for a customer. She is not willing to do her job properly at all.

So convenient to have Sephora in the neighborhood. I wanted make a quick trip and it went well. I love that I can buy my favorite hair products and the sales associate gave me a bonus by checking if I was a Sephora Beauty Insider. I saved 20% on myself this evening. Thank you!

I waited for 10-15 minutes to be checked out, but the staff did not acknowledge me. One employee was on the phone, walking back and forth, and never addressed me or mentioned that they would assist me. Another coworker noticed me but didn’t bother to ring me up either. It felt like customer service wasn’t a priority at this location. Frustrated, I ended up putting the products back and leaving. I won’t be returning due to the lack of basic customer service.
