SEPHORA at Kohl's

Didn’t want to be an inconvenience for the employees as they were stalking shelves, but I asked for assistance and obviously was a burden to the girl working there. She did help me, just wasn’t very happy about it. And felt the need to share her distaste with me.

Super easy in and out. Was busy because of the holiday, but they accepted Target cards which was pretty cool.

I used to work in retail, and if I had forgotten to apply the customer's coupon, I would acknowledge that in some way, such as an apology, or oops. I made an Amazon return, was given a 10% off coupon to use at Sephora, and after buying something at Sephora, I saw the coupon I gave at checkout had not been applied. The other notable thing about this trip to Sephora was there was a lady in line at the checkout, and when I got in line behind her, I realized there was no one at the checkout counter. I scanned and saw 2 women to my right, in the same aisle. The lady looked at me and looked right back at the other employee she had been talking to. I look behind me, and there is another employee. Tory was AWESOME. She helped me curate a skincare routine and was super patient with me (I am autistic). She explained how everything worked and what was best for my dry skin. I really appreciate all of her help!

Thank you to the ladies today that gave my husband a sample bc he drove from Mobile to D’Iberville just to get my bronzer. That was so sweet love y’all
