SEPHORA at Kohl's

Ms. Debra at this Sephora was so sweet to me and my daughter, she was honestly one of the most nicest sales rep I’ve ever met at this location. She felt like an aunty to me (weird, I know) but that’s just how welcoming she made me feel. I was there to buy a new tinted SPF also browsing everything else and we were just having small talk the entire time-I literally gave her a hug saying bye (accident but she went along with it) lol. I hope she stays there and they treat her good!! She’s so precious!! Thank you for making my day Debra! 🫶🏽🫶🏽

will not be returning to this location. employees are extremely rude & unwilling to help. three girls stood talking while i waited to be serviced doing nothing. called over a leader & she talked to me as though i was inconveniencing her & causing an issue. would not help me on a pick up order or provide any support at all. gave excuses & acted irritated by my confusion. people should not treat customers this way!

Grwm!! First I’m taking some glow recipe toner and patting that gently all over my face was about $500 at Sephora. Now we’re taking some ordinary hylaronic acid serum which was about $250 and nicinamide ordinary serum and dew drops for about $700. Now I’m gonna take my lala retro cream from drunk elephant mixed with some b-hydra serum which combined was about $2300. Thanks for doing my skincare with me!!

Have you gone here yet? The selection is amazing, reminds me a tad of the Providence freestanding store, just a huge selection for such a limited space, the floor set here is awesome! The sales assistants just left me alone and let me swatch the whole store in all my glory haha, and were nice at checkout, way better stuff than the one at the Dartmouth mall that one has basically nothing like three brands and dirty testers. Charlotte tilbury is here too every girls dream haha!

I am a frequent shopper at khols and Was super excited about the sephora opening . My first experience was absolutely amazing . I needed help finding something and was very pleasantly helped to find what i was looking for . Sara was extremely pleasnt and was lovely to speak to. Definitely reccomend visiting this location . Will definitely be back 👍🏼 for sure ask for sara if you need any assistance :)
