SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had an excellent experience at Sephora today thanks to Naz. She spent around 10 minutes helping me find the right foundation. She was incredibly nice, polite, and patient throughout the entire process. Her dedication and expertise made my visit very pleasant. Thank you.

I had the best experience at this Sephora location today. Marlow was so amazing! She helped me find the last rare beauty Mascara left in stock. She made my day with her happy & positive attitude. Even when one of the other customers gave her slight attitude she met them with kindness and empathy. Marlow was the best and she deserves ALL the promotions.

First of, I cannot understand the fact that it is holliday seasons and there was it seems only two staffs. One lady doing her best and most to checkout customers, another older lady (very nonchalant) i tried to get her attention to ask for in stock perfume, she ignored, later on i met her again at the register after waiting 20mins in line. Oldee lady is very unprofessional, stereotype and wasted my time. i asked if a certain item was in stock, she told me to find the other younger lady to help and then get back in line of more than 8 ppl + waiting to get checked out. What is funny is the younger girl helped the previous customer with this WITH NO PROBLEM. They did not have to do what the older lady told me to do. Honestly, i will never buy in store at this location, nor even step foot in
