SEPHORA at Kohl's

Terrible terrible Sephora. Two of the three working provided terrible service today. Clearly weren’t in the mood to be at work. I had to finally wait for Olivia to come assist me. The other two need to take some lessons from her. I do not recommend this Sephora overall

Shy was one of my best customer service experiences. She took the time to explain the best products for my daughter's skin and made sure I understood. Shy was the only reason I came back to the store, the same day, with my daughter to buy the products she recommended. Going forward Shy will be my go to associate for everything skin related. She was so informative. Thank you Shy!

I went to Sephora located in Kohls in Conyers, GA. I was the only customer in the store. I approached a lady stocking a shelf. Long story short, she not only told me that she couldn't help me because she had to stock the she because people will steal the items out of the box but she proceeded to tell me that she didn't get a shipment in of darker shades in the foundations....all while I observed several brands of foundation in many shades. Interesting!!!! It appeared to me that she didn't want to help because I am African American. I was shocked she turned down a sale.

Visited on 10/17. There were 3 ladies behind the counter. One was working the register while the other two carried on with a personal conversation. I was never greeted. I immediately went to the line because I wanted to redeem my birthday points gift. After waiting about 7 minutes in line I was rudely informed by a lady with red hair that they were out of stock of all birthday gifts and that I should call back next week to check availability. Overall the customer service and ambiance in this facility is lackluster and could use some tending to.

My time here was a bit anxious at first because was unsure how to find a particular product but then I was approached by Ms. Chyan she was very professional , she helped me out and asked me questions lead me straight to what I was looking for & even interested me in joining to receive points as well. Definitely 10/10 would say to visit here.
