SEPHORA at Kohl's

We love having a Sephora separate standing in coals. They didn't have the Laneige that we wanted, but it's okay! They had another kind.

Woman working the register was rude. I bought a bronzer and only when i got home did i realize 1. I grabbed the wrong shade and 2. The bronzer had clearly been used by someone prior to me purchasing it. I went back to switch it out because i leave the next morning for vacation. The thin blonde woman working the register asks me if it was used… i proceed to tell her when i got home and opened it, it looks like it had already been used but i personally didn’t swatch it. She responds “it’s okay if you used it, i just need to know so i can damage it out” insinuating that i was lying to her…. Mind you i had absolutely no makeup on. 🤪

Super friendly and helpful young woman working today. She was funny and knew everything about makeup and skin. I appreciated her helpfulness. We will be back again!

Uncomfortable Experience at Sephora inside Kohl’s I went to Sephora inside Kohl’s to buy a gift for someone. While I was paying, two ladies who work there started giggling and laughing at me. I don’t know why, but it made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I was just trying to shop peacefully. This kind of behavior from workers is not okay. I don’t know if they were laughing because I wear a hijab or for some other reason, but it did not feel right. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

I enjoyed my experience I spoke into existence as soon as I walked in everything happen. Met knowledgeable team and manager was very patient with me in finding my tone and what kind of look I was trying to accomplish which I really appreciated.
