SEPHORA at Kohl's

I've been a customer for many years and have received good service at several Sephora stores. However, every time I go to the store located inside Kohl's on Hilsboro at 441, I always receive very poor service. The people who work there are very rude and completely unwilling to help. I leave without buying anything because of the terrible service.

Lady last night signed me up for a kohls account without telling me, and wasted my time at the checkout asking me so much so much information thinking it was to “get me points” but it was really to sign me up for a kohls account. You’re supposed to ask first. Wrong and annoying.

I have tried all the samples and one of them was Milk watermelon jelly. I also just tried glow recipe watermelon mist, which both have hyaluronic acid. Decide which one I should get or if I should get both. The employee suggested I get the glow recipe mess, which is basically the same thing as milk, watermelon jelly but as a mist. Ended up saving some money. Also saved money when I was told to buy the kits.

I had an awful experience at this store. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. The customer service was appalling, and it seemed like they had no interest in helping me or answering my questions. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. A one-star rating feels generous.

Every single time I come to this store there an issue I came to exchange a product a the lady’s was to busy talking to another employee and did not do my return correct how I asked he. Their customer service is horrible. I wanted my refund to go towards my new purchase instead she put in on back in my card. They need to pay attention to customer and talk less. Every time i come here there’s an issue .i take the drive to boca better
