SEPHORA at Kohl's

I visited this Sephora and had a very disappointing experience with an employee’s lack of knowledge and effort. When I asked questions about different products, they didn’t seem to know the answers. I specifically inquired about a concealer, and instead of checking or offering alternatives, the employee simply said, “If it’s not there, we don’t have it,” without making any effort to assist me.

I recently ordered online the Lancôme ultra wear foundation, also make up forever hd concealer. I matched it by looking at previous foundation that I have worn. I ordered online because I have really bad social anxiety. I hate the color I chose because it made me look really orange. I decided to just go in and try to find the right match. A girl name Steph helped me. She was really nice and helped me choose the best match. I am super satisfied with the shade she helped me with.

Lori helped me get EVERYTHING I needed to celebrate my upcoming anniversary! She treated me just like herself, but she also took my concerns seriously! I would come back and look for her by name next time!

I went to Sephora and in this particular I do not intend to return anymore, a lady told me that she could not apply for the Sephora credit card and opened one from Khols but I could use that card to buy in Sephora, it turns out that I buy a perfume and when I get home I opened it and it was not the one I wanted, I had to return the next day to make the change and I was attended by the same lady and she got upset and tried to blame me for her mistake for giving me the wrong perfume, she did not want to make my change until I told her that I no longer wanted anything and everything came back. Then I change his attitude... so I will not return to this place!

Horrible store employees have no knowledge of any products the testers are empty i literally walked out as they saw me interested in buying a cologne but didn’t even ask if I needed help don’t shop here the attitudes stink!
