Had a great experience at this store. They were out of a lot of products, but they made it up with great customer service. Erika was an amazing sales associate!
The worst Sephora !!! Constantly and I mean constantly out of products, which is really frustrating! And it always looks a mess…maybe because it’s so small and cluttered?
Went in today and I talked to Erika all the girls there were super nice but Erika has such a charming match energy she is so lovely and kind love that girl ! She matched my foundation and concealer she was amazing !! Love her
Been trying to reach someone on the phone for 25 minutes with proof and call logs. 1 person who’s not in the department I asked for picked up and “transferred” me to that apartment and it hung up the phone immediately. Or someone picked it up and hung it up immediately.
The girl who helped was so great. She matched my color on the first try. (Sorry I don't remember your name)
