SEPHORA at Kohl's

I spent $30 on a Benefit Eyebrow pencil from this Sephora, I didn’t even have it 24 hours & it doesn’t even work anymore. The ink ran out & it’s completely useless. I don’t know if people used it at the store & put it back in it’s box or what but now I’m out $30 & an eyebrow pencil. I’ve been shopping at Sephora for YEARS & never had this problem before. Trash.

Brent was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. He helped me find my perfect natural shade of Thugz Blush Too lip liner from the Fenty Beauty collection, making the process smooth and enjoyable. His recommendations didn’t stop there—he also suggested the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid fragrance, which I absolutely adore, and the Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-Eyes mascara.
