SEPHORA at Kohl's

Ive been there twice, and all the workers were amazing! They even made me take-home samples of what we talked about and they were spot on with their recommendations! I went back and purchased all my samples full size. It ended up being in a set and didnt give me a stroke at the register! I had heard how expensive things were buy it was very doable! I ended up getting 2 more samples of something that kept catching my eye and will be going back again to purchase it. I never knew they'd make you samples or spend so much time with you! Love this place!!

Jasmine was there to help me. She was patient and helpful and explain things to me to the best of her knowledge. Tho, she doesn't know much about makeup or which makeup to choose based on your specific appearance.

Stopped into the store yesterday. I called ahead to see if they carry a product I needed and they checked the shelves and confirmed they had it. I stopped in to pick it up and the 2 gals working there were above and beyond with their customer service, truly, I was really surprised given how young they looked. They were so conversational and excited for me to be there and to be buying products. I was just surprised by the quality of the customer service as there is a majority of terrible customer service out there. I almost never go to this Sephora and always go way out to the boulevard location, but I will be going back there to this closer location, more after this experience, for sure

One of the worst Sephora I have ever been to they are not welcoming, and doesn’t help you at all if you ask for anything they say we don’t know..

I like that unlike the other Sephora locations, the girls at this particular one were very very friendly.
