SEPHORA at Kohl's

My daughter I stop by this Sephora to trying to pick a few beauty items when we got in the no in one in the store beside the two workers and I usually visit the Mayfair location so as we were browsing around one them from I recall spoke as they so into their conversation and so after pick up our product to pay to the sale person ask my email and too see if had any points but to make so lame of the one salesperson she waited until I was going to pay for the items then say that their card payments process wasn’t being accepted and they only were accepting cash only I was thinking really so unprofessional when they could have explained that while we shopping around and when they spoke mean just do better at this location I will have to go Sephora other locations

Wow! What a mess! Kohl’s Sephora must be short of help. Completely out of more than just a few items, displays were untidy, and not a single person around to give assistance. Will be my last trip here. Must be pride in keeping up your department and placing importance on customer service is a thing of the past. While I sympathize with issues retail is having this was just unacceptable..

I visited this store yesterday, and I have to say that I won't return. The person at the cash register was taking very long helping people, and didn't seem to have good answers to their questions. I asked if they had fashion Fair cosmetics, and she'd never heard of that brand. She did have another brand that I use(Huda Beauty), but she showed me where it was and just walked away. I'm used to the good service at the Sephora in Mayfair Mall and that's where I'll be going from now on. I realize the locations inside of stores have less product, but I still expect good service.

Don’t go there thinking it’s a real Sephora. They don’t take Sephora gift cards, they can’t look up your reward account with your phone number, and the colors and options available are limited. Also the staff is older and not knowledgeable about current trends or trending products. Never going back.

Extremely rude and micro aggressive employees. Go to an actual Sephora store.
