SEPHORA at Kohl's

The manager is obnoxious. Very unhelpful. As a customer I was the one helping another customer find something. The manager also corrected the other customer in a rude way on how to pronounce a product. She has rubbed me the wrong way both times I have been in. Honestly every time I have been in none of the employees help me locate the product, I spend 30 minutes finding it on my own.

1:24 pm on 10/02/2024, Not only was the inventory limited and there were empty tester bottles; The lady that is on the clock right now was so rude & dismissive and I'll never buy anything from this location. I thanked her for not being helpful, this has caused me to drove to another location more than 30 mins away to purchase my perfume.. Very very disabled with the lack of customer service.

Went to this location a few times. The staff there was very kind and knowledgeable.

The staff is rude and not helpful Poorly stocked. I prefer to drive 12 miles to get a much better service. First and last time I visit that Sephora

The store was well stocked and had a lot of what I was looking for but staff was very rude.
