SEPHORA at Kohl's

Got my wife a perfume set for her bday, she looked at the box and said I dont think I will use any of these! So I have the receipt and the box is unopened , I go to return it and they won't refund my money or give me a gift card , nothing on the receipt says anything about no returns. And when I told them that and argued they had zero answers and zero ambitions to help me. Worse customer service I've experienced in a long time. And apparently they get to make the rules up as they go!

2/5 stars because of the return policy and hoops you must jump through. You cannot return product from a "stand alone" Sephora at any location that is attached to a Kohls. Bellingham location be aware, you will either need to drive to Everett, Seattle or Canada in order to exchange any items; unless purchased from a Kohl's Sephora. And, be aware you must have a barcode attached to a receipt in order to return or exchange. They cannot pull up your account and go off of that. I spent 2 hours in this Kohl's Sephora looking for bridal makeup and only discovered this at the end of my shopping experience. It was a waste of my time and the Sephora employees time.
