SEPHORA at Kohl's

I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora, but this location was disappointing. They came across as rude and uninterested, which really took away from the experience.I asked for help finding products, but the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They mostly say that if you can’t find something, it’s not available, without offering any real assistance.

“Exceptionally friendly staff for returning Amazon products. No need for packaging here in Bakersfield. UPS is the other option requiring original Amazon packaging. I always get a SEPHORA at Kohl’s discount on my receipt as well. I forgot to ask this charming woman why the lights to the store were off tonight around 6:30PM Pacific Standard Time because it was dark, the clocks hadn’t fallen forward yet (Fall forward Spring back!) and every other open store had their lights on. I was afraid that they were closed. I have NOT met anyone who SHOUTED in caps like this or vocally but rather work and process us quickly with a personal tack and touch every time!!! … Whoops …. I visited Sephora recently to purchase a concealer and had a terrible experience. I was wrongfully accused of stealing by the manager, Gabriella (who wasn’t wearing a name tag). She approached me in a degrading manner, claiming she had checked the cameras and saw me stealing. However, when reviewing the footage, it clearly showed me putting the item back on the display. This was an embarrassing and unnecessary situation that could have been handled with more professionalism. Unsure if management is shared with Sephora as it is for Kohl’s, but this experience was unacceptable.

When I stepped into the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. After I looked around and couldn't find what I was looking for, I asked one of the sales associates for help and she immediately helped me. She found what I was looking for and she suggested I take a sample of the makeup to try and mix it with what I already have. Which I did and it worked perfectly. A few days later I went back and purchased the product. The staff was friendly and professional. The sales person who helped me listen to my concerns and solve my problem.

Amazing! I went in and started looking around and the worker there jade was so nice . She helped me make a kohl's account do it was easier to search for my sephora account and gave me one of their free gifts.She was the best ever!
