SEPHORA at Kohl's

I came in for a color match because everything I’ve tried on my own has made me look orange. She instantly knew which brand and shade would work for me, and even helped me pick out a concealer and a few other products to complement it. As a mom who’s put herself on the back burner and is totally clueless about what to use these days, she really came through. She was patient with all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I feel terrible because I forgot her name (it starts with a Q!), but thank you so much! I tried everything this morning and for once, I don’t hate my makeup. I actually feel better instead of worse. You’re amazing, and I hope your pillow is forever cold 🫶

I went to the Sephora at Kohl’s a year or two ago, and some young guy told me he can’t do the skin match test here, but could do this down in Appleton. That’s a bit of a hike just for that test. I went today, and Jane was working. She was able to test my skin, but I didn’t need it as she found three foundations that matched my skin well. She gave me samples so I can decide which one to buy. We went here only to get my daughter Sol de Janerio body spray and ended up getting good advice from Jane on what types of product to use. My skin is so different now from how it was 30 years ago. I will return and work with Jane. I don’t know if anyone else there is nearly as helpful or qualified. She said she has decades of experience in skincare, and that was obvious when talking with her. It would be nice if there was actually a stand alone Sephora in Green Bay. The staff in this store are not knowledgeable about the lines they carry. When I went in and asked about my color of foundation and if there were any available because the display was empty, the employee told me they hadn't had any in that color in many months. I told him that's interesting, because I had bought one a few weeks prior and was looking for a back up for travel. Don't lie, just tell me that you are currently out, and do it graciously without an attitude. The double whammy on this is you cannot do any returns at this store from another Sephora. So I have to travel to Appleton to do so. Will not be shopping in this Sephora, will make it a point to shop on line. I've also made more purchases at Ulta since

Okay so the reason for this 1 star rating is because at this Sephora they are racist. So backstory me and my friends went to the mall and we also went to this Sephora together so we were just shopping around and looking at everything they have and talking and just having a good time when all of a sudden one of the workers come to us and starts asking us about a lash glue that they are missing and questioning us and thinking we stole, which is fine and whatever even though we didn’t steal. but one thing she said was “and we know your kind “ and when she said that she looks at my friend which is darker than all of the friend group. But she didn’t even ask any of us or was concerned with the rest of us only my friend. So after that happened we all decided to leave because we didn’t want to sh
