SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had the pleasure of working with the manager of Sephora, Ray and she was fabulous!!! She took the time to really help me pick out the right products for me and understand what I was looking for. She was very patient and kind and respectful. She never made me feel rushed or like she had to be somewhere else she gave me her full attention. The stores best decision was hiring her! Give her a raise cause she is amazing!!

We recently visited this Sephora inside Kohl's on an early Saturday afternoon. The Kohls was not very busy and there were only a couple of customers looking around Sephora. Everything looked clean and was organized. The displays were all full. My fiancee was looking for a new perfume and after a couple of minutes of deciding on which one, an employee helped us immediately. They had the specific size she wanted in stock, which doesn't always happen! Check out was a breeze at this location too. Sometimes at a standalone Sephora store you can wait upwards of 10 minutes to check out when it's busy. The couple of employees that were there when we visited were very nice and helpful.

Horrible customer service. They don’t listen to understand the needs of the customer and are not helpful in any way. The ladies have a smile on their faces, but that’s just fake and when you ask for them to help and it’s a little more difficult and requires more attention, they get upset

I wasn't able to find everything I needed, same brand had limited skin care products. Most makeup testers were broken or empty.
